These terms govern your use of the AI 247 website and services. AI 247 is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We design, build, and operate AI systems. The scope, timeline, and price of any engagement are set out in a written proposal agreed between us and the client.
Fees and payment terms are as stated in the proposal. Prices are in Saudi Riyals unless noted otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable VAT.
On final payment, deliverables created for the client transfer to the client, except for our pre-existing tools and methods. Both parties keep shared information confidential and use it only for the engagement.
Our services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Riyadh.
